Participation in Youth Festival at Khalsa College Anandpur Sahib By Global Group of Institutions, Kahnpur Khui

Students of Global College of Pharmacy and Global College of Engg. & Technology from the all semesters actively participated in the Interzone Youth Festival held on 20th February 2026 at Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College, where they showcased their cultural, literary, and intellectual talents with great enthusiasm. Ramanpreet Saini of the 2nd semester earned distinction for the college by securing 3rd prize in the Gatka Single (Marhathi) competition, demonstrating remarkable skill and discipline in the traditional martial art. Amandeep Singh from the 4th semester participated confidently in the poem recitation competition, expressing creativity and strong oratory skills, while Jaskirat and Ravinder of the 6th semester represented the institution in the quiz competition, displaying commendable knowledge and teamwork. Amanpreet from the 6th semester took part in the calligraphy competition, highlighting artistic precision and creativity.

All participants were awarded participation certificates in recognition of their involvement and

sincere efforts. The students were effectively coordinated by Prof. Kajal Choudhary, and they

received constant motivation and guidance from the Principal, Dr. Sanjiv Duggal, whose encouragement boosted their confidence. The Chairman, J. S. Gill, along with management members Vineet Malhotra and B. S. Rana, also guided and appreciated the students for representing the college with dedication and pride, while other faculty members extended their support and encouragement. The festival was excellently organized and warmly hosted, with outstanding hospitality, well-managed arrangements, and delicious refreshments served to all participants, making the entire event peaceful, enriching, and a grand success for everyone involved.
