Report on Khalsa Miri Piri March Nagar Kirtan

The Khalsa Miri Piri March, in the form of a Nagar Kirtan, arrived at the premises of Global Group of Institution, Kahanpur Khui on September 17, 2026. The religious procession was received with great respect and devotion by the college management, faculty members,students and other devotees.

On the occasion, Jathedar Kuldeep Singh Gargaj addressed the gathering and spoke about the spiritual and historical significance of the Khalsa. He highlighted the importance of maintaining Sikh values, serving humanity, and encouraging the younger generation to remain connected with their cultural and religious heritage.

The arrival of the Nagar Kirtan created an atmosphere of devotion and community participation on the college campus. Students, staff and devotees paid their respects and participated in the programme.

Dr. Sanjiv Duggal, Principal of Global College of Pharmacy, Dr. Anil kumar Nanda, Principal of Global College of Engineering, the college management, including Chairperson J.S. Gill and Management members Mr. B.S. Rana and Mr. Vineet Malhotra, expressed its gratitude to the organisers and participants of the Khalsa Miri Piri March for including Global College of Pharmacy in the Nagar Kirtan route. The programme concluded peacefully with prayers and the participation of the sangat.
